Arabian Ranches 2 is the natural evolution of what made Arabian Ranches 1 so beloved, but with a modern twist. Launched by Emaar in 2013, this community offers newer properties, contemporary designs, and its own fantastic set of amenities – all while maintaining that signature family-friendly atmosphere.
What I love about AR2 is that it has all the benefits of the original Arabian Ranches – the sense of community, the safety, the suburban peace – but the villas are newer and often better designed for modern family living. Open-plan layouts, bigger windows, and more efficient use of space make these homes genuinely lovely to live in.
The community has its own retail centre with a Carrefour, Costa Coffee, and various restaurants, meaning you don't need to venture far for daily essentials. The community centre includes pools, a gym, and play areas, and there are parks dotted throughout the neighbourhoods where children can play safely.
