Why families pick Villanova
Everyday life from a resident’s lens
Play after school is the norm. The walkways, green lawns and well-lit paths mean kids cycle, scoot and kick a ball until sunset.
Pet-friendly. There are long, connected paths and plenty of grass for dog walks at night.
Amenity density. Each cluster has a pool, kids play area and an outdoor gym, so you do not have to cross the whole community for a swim or a slide.
One limitation to note. The main indoor gym near the community mall is small for the population, so treat it as a bonus not your primary training spot.
